We start the creative process with an Initial Design meeting, where the client, builder, and architect work together to design the home you have IMAGINED to something that you can see in front of you. Not only do we start with a blank sheet of paper, but we also do this at no cost to the client.

Travis Custom Homes is so confident in our process and our team that we do not ask out clients to commit to working with us until we have provided the client with an initial design concept, and the cost to bring it to reality. That’s right, we do not ask for a deposit, or for a commitment from our clients until we can show you what you are buying and how much it will cost.
